Meloni Eddington, Estate Planning Paralegal

Meloni received her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University in 2013 after a 13-year-long break from school to raise her children. After graduation, she began working as a Ministry Assistant at a local church in Cookeville, where she worked for several years before transitioning into the legal world. She worked for over 4 years as the receptionist, legal assistant, and office multi-tasking specialist for a local real estate attorney and title company, where she gained invaluable knowledge in all things title, real estate, and estate planning. She brought that knowledge to Waters Law, PLLC, in November 2023, becoming the Estate Planning Paralegal.

Starting her life in upstate New York, Meloni and her family relocated to Tennessee when she was a young girl, so she calls Tennessee home. She moved away to South Carolina to attend college in the late 90s, got married way too young, and very quickly became the mother to three children: Harmoni, Robert, and Riley. She spent most of the next several years being a mom, briefly home-schooling, then becoming heavily involved in the marching band at Cookeville High School, where she became known as "Band Mom" to ALL the band kids for the next 9 years. Then, she went back to school and finished her degree. Now that all her kids have graduated from high school, she is proud to watch them develop as young adults in their places of work and study.

Meloni enjoys music very much and uses her abilities on the worship team at The River Community Church, where she plays violin, sings, and leads worship from her keyboard for their ministry to unmarried people. She finds joy through serving in various other ministries in the church alongside her boyfriend, Brandon. She also finds knitting and crocheting to be incredibly therapeutic, and she is proud to say that she has brought home the blue ribbon from the Putnam County Fair multiple times.
