PAYMENT METHODS

Cash or check

Of course, we always accept cash or check, and we provide a immediate receipt for your payment. When accepting payment of any sort, we prepare a fee agreement so that you know exactly what you are getting for your payment and when the next payment will be due, if there is one.

Credit cards

For the convenience of our clients, we now accept all major credit cards. We can accept credit card payments in person or over the phone, and you will receive a receipt for your credit card payment emailed directly to you. We use a secure third-party service, LawPay, for all credit card payments, and for security purposes, we do not store credit card numbers unless you have signed up for a payment plan, in which event all credit card information is stored with LawPay and not at our office.

Due to increased costs, we do charge a 2.5% convenience fee on all credit card transactions.
