PAYMENT METHODS

Cash or check

Of course, we always accept cash or check, and we provide a immediate receipt for your payment. When accepting payment of any sort, we prepare a price agreement so that you know exactly what you are getting for your payment and when the next payment will be due, if there is one.

Credit cards

For the convenience of our clients, we accept all major credit cards. We can accept credit card payments in person or over the phone, and you will receive a receipt for your credit card payment emailed directly to you. All transactions are processed through a secure third-party service, and we do not store credit card information unless you are enrolled in a payment plan, in which event your information is securely stored by the third-party processor, not in our office.

Effective November 10, 2025, all credit card transactions will be subject to a surcharge of up to 3%. This surcharge will be applied to the total amount of the transaction at the time of payment.
