Cathy Ramsey, Client Coordinator

A proud Cookeville native, Cathy brings more than 45 years of experience in retail management to her role at Waters Law. A graduate of Cookeville High School, she built a distinguished career leading large teams, overseeing multi-store operations, and navigating the ever-changing demands of the retail industry. Her work took her across multiple states, where she managed high-volume environments and collaborated with diverse teams, earning a reputation for strong leadership and steady guidance.

Now retired from full-time retail management, Cathy continues to stay active and engaged through her part-time work at Waters Law. She applies her lifelong strengths in organization, problem-solving, and customer service—skills honed through decades of managing people and operations—to support both clients and the firm.

Deeply rooted in the Cookeville community, Cathy is a longtime member of Washington Avenue Baptist Church and enjoys staying connected with family and friends. She appreciates the balance and flexibility her current role provides while still allowing her to contribute meaningfully to the team at Waters Law.
