Rachele Eckwright, Client Coordinator

Rachele graduated from high school in Mt. Juliet in 2009 before moving to Cookeville to attend Tennessee Tech University. She brings a diverse professional background with experience in education, banking, healthcare administration, and ministry support. Rachele began her career as a dance instructor and outreach coordinator at the Centre School of Dance, where she taught for six years before transitioning into corporate banking and later healthcare administration at the Cancer Center at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Rachele later continued her administrative career with Putnam County Schools and most recently served as an Administrative Assistant at Hope Church, supporting its ministries and congregation. Through each role, she developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, and serving others. At Waters Law, PLLC, Rachele serves as a Client Coordinator, where she enjoys being one of the first points of contact for clients and helping create a welcoming, supportive experience.

Outside of work, Rachele enjoys spending time with the people she loves, serving her community, and finding opportunities to encourage others. She values meaningful connections and brings warmth, positivity, and care to everything she does.
